Supplies:
These are supplies that you need to have. They are part of some mixture or preparation that are essential to your cleanse. You will also need other food such as vegetables and fruits for making your meals and fresh juices. Some examples to choose from for the first 5 days are raisins, figs, melon, kiwi, apples, grapes, pears, peaches, plums, onions, lettuce, green onions (scallions), asparagus, beets, turnip, mushrooms (Portobello, enoki or tree oyster), broccoli, zucchini, kale, chard, squash, brussels sprouts. Once you receive your cleanse, the manual will provide you with a detailed list of all fruits and vegetables that you can eat. Juices: You will be making one quart of fresh juice daily for yourself. Some recommended juice combinations are:
